Great location, very easy to get into the city less than 20 minutes. The staff were so friendly and very accommodating, always smiling and positive they were 10/10. The room was very spacious, clean & bright. We had a lovely balcony, pity about the weather but it was lovely. Next time we are in Milan, we’ll be back.

The hotel is in a very good location. Just a few stops with metro from Central station. Or ~25min walking. For a budget price, the room was nice. Overall very nice place and we liked to stay in the hotel. The staff were very helpful.

It was really nice time in this place. Comfortable room with a lot of space, clean bathroom, very good localization near metro station, even a kettle in the room. I can recomend buying breakfast (10 euros). and the most importnat - really nice and helpfull staff!

The rooms are very very clean. I am usually very sensitive of cleanness but this hotel is beyond expectation. The staff are very helpful and kind. The hotel does not have weird rules and they are ok with eating inside rooms. The AC on the rooms are very good with good performance and no noise. The breakfast has all the essential although it is small and everything is good and tasty. The hotel area is calm and good and close to metro station. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room exceeded our expectations! The hotel is located in an old building and the architecture has been preserved. Therefore, our room was huge, it was 4 meters tall and that made it very comfortable to sleep in during the extremely hot summer days. We did not even need to keep the air conditioning on during the night. The location is very convenient, there are 2 metro stations very close by and delicious restaurants nearby. There is also a 24/7 supermarket close to the accommodation. The room and the corridors were very clean, the towels and the toiletries were changed every day.

Hotel located near metro/bus/tram station. Reception works 24/7. I couldn't say that the building is modern but it was fine. I was worried about my and my stuff's safety. Staff in the hotel was nice (spoke English). The room was clean. I didn`t hear any noise, especially from the street. The bathroom was clean, and there were toiletries. When I was out of the room housekeeping cleaned a little bit (recommendation: if you don't want them to clean your room, just say it in the reception). In 5 min walk you can find supermarket, cafe and bakery. I didn't order breakfast in the hotel.

The hotel was exactly as described in reviews. Good location, close to a metro station and three supermarkets. My room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Finding the room was a bit difficult as the hotel is located in two adjacent buildings connected by a bridge, but once I learned my way around, it was fine. Great value for sure, and only about a 30 min walk from a great shopping area, as well as close to Linate (20 min by taxi).

This hotel is warm and welcoming. The staff were so helpful, even booked us a taxi on the last day to get to train station. The room was clean, spacious and we were never disturbed etc. There is a lot of transport around the hotel such as buses, trams and trains which are so easy to use so it was easy to get around. If you don’t mind walking it’s around 30 minutes to get to the train station or the high street.

It was really clean and comfortable.You get small instant coffee bags each day when they are cleaning. You have a small fridge which is great, and a lot of natural light during the day. The staff is really nice.
